The Fitbit One tracker is powered by a rechargeable built-in battery. lf your tracker is not responding, it may be fixed by restarting.

  1. Plug your charging cable into your computer.

  3. Hold down your tracker's button for 10-12 seconds.

Fitbit One Wireless Activity Plus Sleep Tracker Review

The Fitbit One Wireless Activity is the younger child of the fitbit family. But don’t let it’s looks fool you, it might be smaller but it packs a serious punch. It’s features are comparable with its bigger brother the Fitbit flex, but with a smaller form. We like this option because it is small and discreet, you can wear it in your pocket, on a belt or bra. This is a great option for people that don’t want to have a bracelet style, or strap around their arm all day.

The FitBit One Wireless Activity & Sleep Tracker was designed to make transitioning to a healthy lifestyle that includes a sensible eating plan and regular exercise as simple as possible. The system allows you to track the food that you eat throughout the day using an easy online system, so that you have a record of your calorie intake. At the same time, the system monitors the number of steps that you take, the distance you travel throughout the day and how many calories you burn both during exercise and while completing your daily living activities. With the FitBit system, you can get a clear picture of how many calories you are burning and how many you are taking in, making it possible to finally achieve success with weight loss.

The FitBit One Wireless Activity & Sleep Tracker is a comfortable device that can be kept in a pocket, on a belt or inside of the band of a bra. The device is sweat, rain and splash proof for use in all types of weather and environmental conditions. With BlueTooth 4.0 connectivity, the tracker quickly transmits data to a smart phone, or it can be synced with a computer via the included USB cord. A free iPhone or Android app is available to help you access the tracker when you’re on the go, making it easier than ever to achieve your health and wellness goals.

The Fitbit one wireless activity plus sleep tracker never rests. During the day it tracks the amount of steps taken, distance covered, calories burned and active minutes. During the night it monitors how long and how well you sleep and wakes you with a silent alarm. It’s a great gadget because sleep is just as important as exercise. Being active and not sleeping enough can be disastrous to your health. It’s compact, easy to use and a great companion for fitness enthusiasts.

This Fitbit One Wireless Activity Plus Sleep Tracker review has examined the product from all sides and found it to be a high-end premium activity tracker with some useful features not found in cheaper wearables. There’s no doubt the product is of a super high quality , but the price tag may be a turn off for some customers, though there will likely be some Fitbit One discounts available online . If you can afford it this wearable is an excellent and recommended buy.

Using the Fitbit One Wireless Activity you might also keep track of your daily activities and this tracker will encourage and empower you by bringing you up to date suggestions that will help you to get active. You’ll want to take the stairs instead of the elevator. Fitbit Zip Wireless Activity Tracker, Charcoal

The only drawback with this device is that it IS essentially a pedometer – so activities that don’t involve step-like motions aren’t recorded totally accurately – things like Zumba (doesn’t count any arm movements), spinning, biking, etc.). You CAN overcome that by logging those activities into the desktop manually – but in it’s next incarnation, I’d love to see that improved. But for me, that’s a relatively small drawback and easily overcome with minimal effort.
